Woodworth specializes in Nitriding and Nitro-carburizing very large stamping dies up to 100,000 pound loads

Three side panel dies arriving on two semi flat beds total weight, 52,000 pounds  processed in one furnace load.

Lower side panel die arrives for nitriding

 Upper die 21,000 lbs and trim die 12,000 lbs before offloading from flat-bed

 Upper die side panel 21,000 lbs heading to "Tip-up" furnace

Lower die 19,000 lbs being loaded into "Tip-up" furnace

“Tip-Up” furnaces are capable of processing 100,000# loads. These furnaces have a working dim. of  (8’x8’x33’) long.
